That’s why working in our Customer Experience team is the ultimate way of experiencing the Ridestore culture and learning everything you need to take the next step. By working in the CX-team you’ll experience the power of word-to-mouth marketing, and if you’re a cultural fit & high performance person you’ll have a great opportunity to grow within the company in the direction you want to.
Being a part of our CX-team consists of talking and helping our customers, about everything from finding the perfect snow gear to which snow park is the greatest in the world. You always do as much as you possible can to give our customers a WOW experience. As you’ll be closest to our customers and practically their friend, you are their voice in our team and you share their feedback so we constantly can improve our customer experience. If you have any ideas of improvements yourself, pitch your sketch and show the value it would bring. If you can execute the project, you’’ll get the chance to take lead on it.
You’ll work in a remote based team where all tools and work tasks are online, meaning you can work from the whole world wherever there’s great Wi-Fi. We have a work schedule with shifts, but it’s very flexible and possible to adapt together with the team to suit to both our teammates and our customers. We work hard and play hard so we can keep happy and keep our customers happy too.

To perform as the best customer experience ninja ever, you’ll need:
Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week from October until March
Ability to work remotely from wherever there’s great Wi-Fi
