The role consists of talking and helping our customers, about everything from finding the perfect snow gear to which snow park is the greatest in the world. It’s very important that you’re able to put yourself in their shoes, since the customers are the foundation of our marketing and word-of-mouth is a big reason why we at Ridestore have reached todays levels. That means, when needed you always do as much as you possible can to give our customers a WOW experience.
Since you’ll be a part of launching Ridestore in Poland, you’ll start with translating the site to polish and there will also be an opportunity to learn and work with SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Exciting! 😃
You’ll work in a remote based team where all tools and work tasks are online, meaning you can work from the whole world wherever there’s great Wi-Fi. We have a work schedule with shifts, but it’s very flexible and possible to adapt together with the team to suit to both our teammates and our customers. We work hard and play hard so we can keep happy and keep our customers happy too.

To perform as the best customer experience ninja ever, you’ll need:
Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week from May until March, with possibility for more (recruitment will also be made for the next winter, with starting month October to March)
Ability to work remotely from wherever there’s great Wi-Fi
Excitement about joining a high-performing team to achieve awesomeness together
